Specifications As standard
Bullet 500, but with the following alterations: Fuel tank - hand crafted
aluminum with Monza filler and 4.5 gallons capacity Handlebars - Ace style
Seat - sindle race style, fully upholstered Front & Rear mudguards -
chromed steel sports style Foot pegs - rear sets Gear lever - special
modified type with dual sphereical bearing adjusting rod. Neutral finer
lever removed. Brake pedal - shortened to suit rear sets Exhaust system -
all chromed straight-through traditional sports type. Indicators -rubber
mounted, clean style
Based on the Bullet 500, the Clubman has been developed with the extensive
experience of Norman Hyde to provide a true period cafe racer. With a
modest performance increase to retain reliabililty, its, character has
been transformed both in feel and appearance. Norman said "I've had
more fun developing this machine than anything in recent years - it
reminded me of the happy old days in Development at Triumph when we were
playing with new models and performance variants." |
